“Has anyone tried flipping to the beginning of 2020 and choosing a different adventure?” - Unknown

2020 was an unprecedented year where the pandemic covid-19 hit the whole world like an overnight blanket that's not meant to be comfortable at all. A lot of things have changed, and we have now what we called, the 'new normal'.

How did that discomfort translate in our art world? We seek to discover and explore the 'adventure' of 2020 until early 2021 through the eyes of 6 artists.

From 21 January 2021 until 13 March 2021 (the duration of this virtual art exhibition) the 6 artists; Danial Kushairi, Ejan Ahmad, Gerald Mohan Constantine, Grace Wang Wan Chew (黄婉秋), Shia Lynn Victor and Sin Kae Miin will be sharing their stories and journey through their artworks.

We can expect some artworks on canvas and unique sculptures to be showcased in this virtual art exhibition. To make this virtual exhibition interesting and interactive, the artworks will be revealed daily through social media such as Facebook and Instagram of Inner Joy Art Gallery. Following that, the artworks will also be available to be purchased through Inner Joy Art Gallery website, https://www.innerjoyart.com.

When asked individually how would the artists described their 2020 - 2021 journey thus far in 2 words, here are their answers :
