Marisa Rania

Marisa Rania binti Mohammad Raqi is a 15-year-old, autistic artist whose passion for art drives her creative journey. Talented in painting with acrylics on canvas, drawing with markers and using her ipad for digital art, Marisa finds joy and freedom in expressing herself visually. Art is her voice, a way to share how she sees and feels about the world around her.

In 2024, she had the opportunity to participate in her first art exhibition, where one of her paintings was succesfully sold. Later, she unlocked a significant milestone through a collaboration with The Spectrum by E.S.A, where her artwork was turned into merchandise. Marisa’s merchandise can be order online through The Spectrum website. She then participated in another art exhibition to further showcase her talent and creativity.

For Marisa, art is not just an activity, but a meaningful outlet for connection, helping her to communicate her inner experiences and emotions with the world.
