Description : Equilibrium is the name given to this decoupage sculpture. This sculpture was initially made for "Duality" group art exhibition organised by Opposites Abstract for University of Malaya Art Gallery in 2020. Equilibrium has been designed to showcase an abstract design on a circular glass vase aligned with the theme of duality. 

The artist used various printed images, kitchen towels, mod podge and acrylic paint to construct this decoupage sculpture on a glass vase and to achieve this enchanting abstract patterns and texture as such. 

The arrangement of images on the inner and outer parts of the vase are purposely done in such a way so that viewers are able to see some spots of the woven paper being braided here and there, together with a small opening of the glass surface left uncovered for viewers to appreciate the original surface within.
