Zahra Khoireen

Zahratul Khoireen binti Muhammad Idham @ Zahra is a 13-year-old artist with a deep passion for drawing and painting. Ever since she was 4 years old, she has been carrying a pencil and notebook everywhere, capturing her thoughts and imagination through sketches. At 9, she was diagnosed with dyslexia, which made learning difficult, but art allowed her to turn emotions and ideas into visual stories.

Over the years, Zahra has explored various art styles, from anime character design to acrylic painting. She enjoys creating anime characters, bringing them to life with expressive details and vibrant colours. In addition to sketching and digital art, she has developed a love for palette knife painting, a technique that enables her to create bold and textured artworks. Whether sketching on paper, painting on canvas, or working digitally on her tablet, she is always learning and constantly pushes herself to experiment and refine her skills.

Zahra has had the opportunity to showcase her work in several art exhibitions, gaining recognition for her talent and dedication. In 2023, she achieved a significant milestone when her paintings were sold during an art exhibition, further motivating her to pursue her passion. Her hard work and perseverance paid off in 2024 when she won runner-up in a live painting competition, proving her ability to create under pressure. Her journey reached new heights in 2025 when her artwork was showcased internationally in Jakarta, Indonesia.

For Zahra, art is more than just a hobby - it is her voice, her passion, and her dream. She aims to develop a unique artistic style that represents her perspective and emotions while continuing to share her work with the world.
