“In research, hugging has a good effect on our health especially dopamine and oxytocin. It may protect us against illness. Oxytocin is known as “cuddle hormone” and it is associated with happiness and less stress. On the other hand, hugging is a very comforting and communicative type of touch. As you see a person with colors hugging a colorless person, they release a colorful vibe (emotions).”
