Rapuh was inspired by my evening walk in the nature. I was amazed by the enchantment of the rotten tree branch and the surface of the tree.
I love the organic appeal of elements that make them feel calm, peaceful and creates a fully welcoming energy into a space.
Simplicity on this piece is the state of being simple and easy.
The medium I have used on this piece was mixed media such as plaster, texture paste and acrylic paint on canvas.
The rugged and rough texture presents a sense of mystery which encourages viewers to ponder and have their own interpretations. The dark brown colour in this painting represents purity.
The colour scheme also gives me a sense of warm-heartedness and untroubled mind perspective.
